In case of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
3. Orders & Cash on Delivery
When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders where previous non-collection or repeated cancellations have occurred. Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability — in rare cases of stock issues, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Intellectual Property

6. Product Care & Warranty
Our jewelry is crafted from marine-grade 316L stainless steel and is 100% waterproof, sweat-resistant, and tarnish-proof under normal daily use. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, exposure to harsh chemicals, or physical impact. See our Return & Refund Policy for details on defective items.
7. Limitation of Liability
Crown Store PK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
